I work in a kindergarten classroom, and this just makes me happy to see those smiling faces. ;) and the snake will figure it out... there's always a way! :)

They are cute - I am a fan. I used to a draw a comic strip and one of the characters was a snake named Gary. This comic is a nod to him :)

My kindergarten teacher had a garter snake in a small terrarium in her classroom. She‘d take it out for us to handle sometimes. I think that’s why I have never been frightened of snakes.

@ Scott, Yep! I’m a teaching assistant, and we started our year early in August, so we were done Friday before Memorial Day weekend. ☺️

I’m a huge fan of Gary Larson and he is one of my influences for sure. Who knows, maybe naming him Gary was a subconscious nod to him.
