They are. Do you have a pressure cooker? We recently got one and cooking artichokes is so much easier.

No pressure cooker here. I remember my mother having one. It had valves on top and clips on the side. I’m sure today’s pressure cookers have evolved!

I loved those quizzes. I took a quiz once that said they could tell my age accurately based on my knowledge of Disney movies. They said I was in my twenties. They are so far off it isn't even funny. I'm a child at heart!

Yeah, they sure fell by the wayside. I guess people caught on that answering the quizzes was feeding ad algorithms.

Yeah, I think that’s part of it. Some of the quizzes were pretty fun. Some were totally ridiculous, like “Which type of cheese are you?”

I remember my mom's scary old-time pressure cooker that she used for cooking artichokes. I have an Insta Pot but won't pay what artichokes cost in Kentucky!
