The Perfect Ugly Christmas Sweater (Patreon)

I was shopping at Target earlier and my wife texted me, asking if I could get her an ugly Christmas sweater to wear to school tomorrow (she's a second grade teacher). I went to Target and the place was picked clean. No Christmas sweaters, ugly or otherwise. Disappointing!

But a Target employee said to me, "Go next door to Marshalls. They have a great selection."

She was right. Marshalls had the best selection of ugly Christmas sweaters EVER. I bought my wife one with a dinosaur on it (it's hideous and totally awesome) and then came across this Cobra Kai sweater that made me laugh out loud. "Fear does not exist in this dojo!"

So dumb. So funny. So festive! I had to buy it.

I'm a big fan of The Karate Kid and Netflix's Cobra Kai series. My love of Karate Kid/Cobra Kai inspired this comic and this comic.

There was another ugly Christmas sweater that I almost got instead of this one. It had two reindeer hanging out on a roof holding beers -- and it had a big pouch on the sweater to hold your drink. (The way God intended.)

But in the end, I had to go with Cobra Kai.

EDIT: I added photos of the other ugly sweaters I bought. The whole family got ugly Christmas sweaters! The dinosaur one is my wife's, the Friends one is my daughter's, and the Shark one is my son's. Also included is the awesome reindeer sweater that I almost bought :)
