The Rottweiler in this comic is nod to a dog I met a few years ago. Her name is Lexi and she's a sweetheart. She's a great ambassador for Rottweilers.

Absolutely love this!! So cute! Especially the Rottweiler…”absolutely delightful” :) and. I agree big dogs are often mistaken for being aggressive….most times they’re well trained because of their size. It’s the little dogs you gotta look out for! ;)

Sweetest big dog I know is Penelope. A Rhodesian Ridgeback. Her only aggressive move is to inch a person over on the sofa so she can claim HER spot. She’s super smart. Her humans keep a set of bells on the back door inside knob,,,Penn rings these when she needs a bathroom break.

I love the "skcootch over" move. I've met a few Rhodesian Ridgebacks over the years and they were all big loveable lugs. I've heard they're smart.

I have found that the only time big dogs are dangerous is when they get so excited to see you they might accidentally run into you! Other than that, big dogs are only nasty when nasty "humans" deliberately make them that way. I'm looking at you, torturers of pittbulls!!! Fortunately most pitties can be saved and return to their natural state of loving everybody! (I belong to a pittbull group that has hundreds of these giant lap dogs!❤️
