PUMPED UP! (TG/Expansion) (Patreon)

Todd was a teenage lifeguard that loved the ladies. He was the manliest bro out of all of his guy friends. That is, until he caught a case of Second Puberty. He not only became a girl, but a girl with MASSIVE... flotation devices. Despite the loss of her big muscles... and penis... she still insisted that she was tough and manly. She flexed for her bros, as they all ogled her body. Much to their surprise, however, Todd DID still have some impressive muscle mass. Her supple, femininely toned legs suddenly bulged with delicious thickness as her high pitched voice roared with manly effort.
