4.5 progress (Patreon)

Just a quick update to let you all know the 4.5 release is still being worked on but should be ready soon. It is later than I expected though.In the last few weeks there have been some fixes for lr-pcsx-rearmed, an update to fuse (which required a fix for the RPI), updated jzintv, and a bunch of other changes. A SDL 2 update had to be rolled back due to controller issues but this will be revisited after RetroPie 4.5.
