Weekly images (Patreon)

While we are still working on various issues with RPI4 support you can get a hopefully working pre-alpha image from https://files.retropie.org.uk/images/weekly/No splashscreen support yet. But most of the main emulators should work. We can't support this image yet, but we are close to an alpha release. The rpi0/1 and 2/3 buster images are beta quality. Thanks to all of you for the support.
