  Wow, this is my first time reacting to NXT, and I have to say, the energy is unreal! I can't wait to dive deeper into these matches and see what this brand has to offer!

just so you know the lore, there's an inside joke amongst fans that CM Punk is the 'father' of Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade. they're his daughters, he's their father, etc. etc. they're all friends and all that, but Roxanne and Cora grew up idolizing Punk and now they work together, so it's a treat seeing them work together on screen :)

YES! Bunny, I'm so happy that you're finally diving into NXT. Tatum Paxley is my favorite female wrestler in the whole company right now, and I'm so happy that you're finally going to see her work. I hope you enjoy NXT as much as we do 🥰 You didn’t get a chance to see Tatum this time. You may have watched a Hulu stream. Hulu has a bad habit of taking things out of wrestling episodes. If you can, I recommend watching on Peacock. They leave everything in. But it's okay though. I still loved your reaction 🥰🥰🥰

Hammerstone is not an NXT wrestler, he is from TNA. Companies are collaborating. Zachary Wentz, who showed footage from the parking lot, is also from TNA. Joe Hendry is also from there, he recently appeared weekly, was in the main event of NXT No Mercy, where he lost to Ethan Page.

NXT is in some ways an acquired taste. It's more light-hearted and silly. Some love it and some hate it. I personally think its pretty fun, even the cringe and stupid stuff, I find ironic enjoyment in it. I much prefer over the top to dry and boring. I think it's a good environment for Rookies to learn how to cut promos and do character work, which are the qualities that WWE need for a high-level main roster star.

Haha, Giulia really didn't look like much in that outfit. :D Also that entrance music isn't close to what her previous one in Japan was. That one was really epic and just underlined her badass aura. Giulia became pretty big in STARDOM, where Iyo Sky was the quasi Roman Reigns and also Kairi Sane came from there. (Guilia doesn't use that high flying and tempo style though, she's rather tough and stiff and has brutal hits and kicks). So there's a lot of talent in that promotion. Just watch her match against Roxanne, I bet she'll be able to show there, why she's so hyped. (although I myself also wasn't her biggest fan tbh, I could still acknowledge her skill.) A little more backstory about her entrance btw: The pink flowers actually represent (or at least that's what people think they do) Hana Kimura, who herself was one of the biggest stars to come in STARDOM, and she would definitely have made it into WWE. She had superstar written all over her. They both had a great rivalry in the making. But unfortunately COVID happened, and STARDOM shows got cancelled, people on the internet got bored and focused a LOT of hate on Hana (I'm not going into the details) so that she took her life at the young age of 22. Hana is the japanese word for flower. And pink flowers 🌸 always represented her. Also in Social Media. So that's why I was very touched when I first saw Giulia in NXT with that entrance, because she brought our beautiful Hana with her to WWE. 🥹 Sorry for the long text. Just wanted to give a little backstory.

I’m so glad you are able to watch NXT!!! Thank you for posting this reaction! You saw Roxanne in the last two Royal Rumbles as a babyface. She trained under Booker T since she was 16. I think you will like Thea Hail when you meet her. You might like Arianna Grace’s beauty contestant gimmick too. She’s pretty funny and is Santino’s daughter. It would be great if you watched some of the NXT Takeover PLEs from the past – with Johnny Gargano vs Andrade in Philadelphia or Bayley vs Sasha in Brooklyn.

so happy you got to see NXT. It's one of my favorites to actually see the development of the superstars. If you like this batch better catch them before the call-up or release. NXT comes in waves but this batch is almost equal to Triple H's NXT in my opinion. Shawn Michaels "HBK" has done a great job as Sr VP of talent and Creative of NXT

This version is about 30 minutes shorter, and they mostly cut matches. But one segment I did notice from skimminh through the original that one of the segments they cut was Lola Vice and the girl who saved her did a promo earlier on in the show where you kinda get an explanation why they're pissed at each other.

NXT has been held inside WWE’s Performance Center for 3 years now. The PC is where new recruits go to train in the ring, lift weights, and cut promos with the coaches. NXT is 2 hours, the same as SmackDown. Hulu cuts out parts of RAW, NXT & SmackDown when I don’t think they should. Hammerstone, Zachary Wentz (and his partner) & Joe Hendry are TNA wrestlers, some of them will show up on NXT and some NXT wrestlers will show up in TNA. Ava, the GM is The Rock’s youngest child. Roxanne Perez is a huge AJ Lee & CM Punk fan irl, and because she reminds ppl of AJ, we say she’s their child as a joke. Tony D’Angelo has been in this NXT the longest, Giulia is a sensation in Japan who is known for her hard-hitting style. WWE has signed other international talents, former TNA talent or former AEW talent like Stephanie Vaquer, DELTA, Motor City Machine Guns & Lucha Bros who will eventually make their NXT debut.

Roxanne has been cooking in NXT. Not many people can hang with Punk on the mic. She is so good (hopefully people won't hold Her size against her). Her, Trick & Oba Femi are future main roster stars. Her and Giulia will be awesome, she's still getting her feet in the US. Hammerstone & Jacob Fatu had one of the best non-WWE rivalries. That's worth finding one day. I'm glad you're doing some NXT. Your reactions will bring new people to the show, which is awesome!

Cool that you started on your nxt journey. Big difference from when you started watching wwe to now, you actually know a bunch of names that were mentioned, who would have ever thought that. I believe you'll become a big Roxanne fan, I remember you liked her from one of your women's royal rumble reactions.

I loved that you watched NXT. Some of them are still green/ young, but they are putting in the work. Here are some things you probably aren't aware of: Trick Williams had a long partnership with Carmello Hayes until Hayes turned on him. Trick is almost ready for the main roster. You saw Roxanne Perez in the Royal Rumble. Also, she was trained in real life by Booker T. Hammerstone is a TNA wrestler, not an NXT wrestler, so I don't know how much you will see of him going forward. Lola Vice was a legitimate mixed martial artist before she joined NXT. Loved it as always Bunny. You should check out NXT Heatwave. It was a PLE a few months back. You can see where Ethan Page won the Title from Trick Williams. Also Lolo Vice vs Roxanne Perez for the women's title. It was actually a great card.

No mercy is a PLE for NXT. It happened like 2 or 3 weeks ago. I just thought it would explain things a little bit better if you watched that before watching an episode of NXT...so you know the stories behind the matches.
