Not sure about correct percentages but ASMR is 60% about talking soft spoken or whspering for me. 30% can be body triggers like finger movements, hand movements, spit painting, upclose breathing sounds, kissing sounds, skin sounds, snapping fingers, clapping hands, staring contest, GRWM,wiggling toes. try on hauls, fabric scratching, nail tapping, teeth tapping, hair clipping, collarbone tapping etc. Remaining 10% can be watching a house cleaning or car washing, studying, massaging like watching someone is doing some kind of work by herself or on someone else like makeup, massage, back scratch, shave, cutting hair, measuring, fixing stuff, reading etc.
