A small question if its ok. Is Cam a better fleet or ground commander?

When will Cam put an military/army together? I think we’ve seen the start with Sienar and Anakin designing that Fighter/bomber but just calling on the Mandalorians for the “Clone Wars” won’t cut it, he has ally’s to call on but if he becomes the leader of the separatists or at least something similar he’ll need to organize a military not to mention starting the war with something resembling an army in the first place, he’ll get crushed if he goes up against people who have been in the know and planning for war for years if he tries to create it all when it breaks out. Would be cool to see him preparing.

I've noticed in the Harry Potter story that several times things get retconned or appear out of nowhere, do you use any software to keep track of your story? You've done more world building than Rowling did in 20 years so I'm not judging
