Download keeps failing quoting a network issue and when i try to resume download it says i have no permissions.. any advice on what to do would be appreciated

Update, tried using different browsers, restarted router, and still got the same issues.. possibly a pixledrain issue as reddit and google are littered with people having the same issue! Is there anywhere else you can upload the game to for us to download, maybe somewhere like Mega?
