Hey Administratum users: We know (and appreciate) your use of Administratum for your 40k campaigns! But what else are you using to manage people and campaigns? Where are your players talking about the campaign and scheduling meet-ups for games? Fill out this poll to let us know so we can figure out what integrations to build in the future!

SoylentRobot

now actually, because its a campaign with the other dorks at work,

Andrew Nguyen

Discord, with excel, bots as tools to help with distributing information.

Darin

Administratum manages the automation of the campaign. Discord and Telegram for coordination of games. List Forge for crusade game lists.

Steven Dickinson

Discord mostly for group chat until trackers become accessible.

Jerry Rahll

Google sheets- easy to share a doc among members and control who has access

Monty McKnight

Discord. But also can we get tabletop battles integration into Administratum? Or an official app?

Sgt Weeb

Discord for most part would love a way to integrate administratum crusade campaign into it with a bot tbh.

John Silman

WhatsApp for communication, Facebook for storing files and narrative posts - would be great to have a list builder like new recruit to add upgrades & scars to stat blocks but that's on them to sort out. Hopefully they will and you can integrate

Alpharius Omegon

Discord's a nightmare to manage, so we prefer to use Facebook. Wish people still used bulletin boards: would be much, much easier.

James Robertson

A lot of discord, the forum channels in particular were a godsend when they were added

Seth

Discord. A lot of early 20's and younger down to 16 in our last campaign.

goonhammer

we are thinking about fantasy football style bulletin boards as a future administratum feature

goonhammer

list builder probably not something we'll do but we will be looking into something for storing files and narrative posts and making those easier to parse/sort

goonhammer

we've wanted to do this forever and will at some point but it's further away than you (or we) would like - GW need to stop releasing new games/mission rules!

John Silman

Oh yea not expecting you to make a list builder - new recruit had one that worked with Crusade in 9th - hopefully they'll sort one out for 10th and then maybe an app integration would be possible similar to what you have with battlescribe/battle forge? The battlescribe one is pretty redundant now anyway as nobody really uses it for 40K anymore as the owner stopped bothering to update it. New recruit is the new Bscribe

lomhow1234

IRC? I bet there's like 3 people who actually use it and 700 who say they do 😂😂😂😂

Chris Colefax

Discord, where we have a dice rolling bot to handle things like Traits/Scars, and mission selection, as well as faction/ team chats

wunderkindest

A combination of Discord and just face-to-face.

suka yebat

Snapchat and google docs mostly

Peter Duke

Signal for communication and discord for file-sharing and narrative updates.

Anna Mark

Sounds nice 🙂
