One of the keystones of science fiction is the much beloved time-travel story. Who can resist the lure of traveling to the forgotten annals of history, or the long distant future? And there's no reason your 5e campaign should be spared the classic science fiction archetype. The Chronomancy Update introduces 5 new class archetypes and an expansion to the core spells that brings the magic of Chronomancy to your tabletop. With it in hand, you can integrate any time-hopping story into your campaign with ease.

Changelog:

7/7/16: Eternal Watcher: Eternal Bond: Copy error fixed

The Future You: Expanded Spells: misty step replaced with augury

11/4/18: Spells: Deja Vu: No longer has effect if the target did not previously act

Spell: Evasiveness: AC decreased

I love the idea of the Eternal Watcher, but it seems too focused on staying in a specific place, which doesn't mesh well with most campaigns. I was wondering if there were more mobile Eternal Bonds.

Mage Hand Press

In my mind, this subclass works best if your Eternal Bond has been stolen, it being threatened, or has been destroyed, and must be recovered. This concept basically has to be incorporated with the DMs help, but it can work. I'll look into changing some of those bonds.

"legend lore, mislead" is in the eternal watcher archetype for monks under the "eternal bond" table. This seems out of place and mimics another table "The Future You" in warlock. perhaps a typo?

Mage Hand Press

This is totally a typo (I use a lot of copy-paste to keep table formatting correct.) Thanks for pointing that out -- I'll fix it right away.

Totally love this and will be building an Eternal Watcher for my next character. Also great since the current campaign I'm running involves a god of time and space, with its eternal champions whom battle a cult that travels through time. An ancient, but hidden war. (You get the theme going here?) ;) This has given me some great ideas and classes to pull from. Perhaps you guys would want to do a collab for creatures, items, and villains in the above setting? Would go well w/ this collection. I'll need to figure it out myself anyway and LOVE your stuff.

Eddie Freeman

I figured as much, I do the same thing all the time.

Cody Butler

Time stop is listed under Chronomancy spells at level 4. Can I assume this is a typo? I'm also curious how it went this far unnoticed. I ever checked all versions of the Chronomancy between the mage press website and the Patreon.
