Now I'm picturing the Nekomancer targeting someone in a modern or scifi era. Maybe someplace with more people. Like, in a busy shop window, having the cute shop girl replace the mannequins. Poorly, mind you, since she can't be dressed, but mercifully, she can take whatever mannequin pose her coworkers might want to put her in.

Yeah... like... She can't leave the shop window... and can't change her pose herself, but anyone else can move her around with a touch. Maybe... a collar, bracelets and anklets, maybe with a navel (and/or nipple/clit) piercing, all of which she can't move at all, but anyone else can. She's stuck wherever the jewelry has been posed.

Bonus idea: They discover one day a different lady in the window. Another shop girl, an admirer, or perhaps a burglar? It turns out there's a way to switch places with the jewelry holder -- by fulfilling the conditions, the jewelry moves to a new girl. The condition? A kiss on the lips by an equally nude girl, discovered by a girl who stole in late at night and kissed the little display piece. ...Of course, there are complications for having worn such lewd and enchanted jewelry, even momentarily...
