Yes it's an airtight script except for one thing.....aside from one line by the mom on the phone at the beginning, and the doggie door, there's no evidence (in this or the second film) that they have a dog. No food bowls, no pictures of the dog anywhere, no toys

So I hate myself I guess. Watched the 6th installment of the franchise where in Buzz returns as one of the cops in the movie. Home Sweet Home Alone on Disney plus. They took off other movies and left this. It’s a choice I guess, just like this is a movie I guess.
