I probably forget something. Oh, well I just add something unannounced if I can remember.

Mmm, where do I start? Maybe with the preperation of the sprites. Doing all the cut outs and extensions of the sprites showed me not only how more time consuming this is in contrast to my Damenhaus animations, it also showed how unclean sprites can look like (for example different line width, foreign color I couldn't get rid entirely from a sprite, and so on)

That made me one thing very clear: I would prefer working with pixel graphic like I do now! A while ago I told that I want to start drawing with clean lines but I probably don't do it in the end. It's way faster to work with the old way and still looks good. I won't set this decision in stone though just now.

Animating in Adobe Flash is way more user friendly then in Unity's anima2D.So many clicks and links are needed for one little thing. I know, Unity isn't an animation program, it's about game making, but still I don't want to use two programs at the same time. Additionally some features may not be possible if the animation comes from a different program.

As I finished setting everything up I made a brake to come back tomorrow. When I opened the project manager my project was gone! I googled the hell out of the internet, but I couldn't restore it. So I made everything again from scratch. The picture above was actually one day before I lost my progress.Well, the end of the story was that I accidentally shoved the project into a different folder so unity couldn't find it. I would say this was enitrely my fault, but I searched for the file in the damn windows 10 search funtion and it found nothing! This is what really annoys me.

Oh man, sorry this is gonna to be a big post. Just a few more things I wish to tell.

I definitely overdid everything posible with that animation, but only to find out about what is possible. So I will make better use of these bones, setting up better meshes and just know how to move a body around better for the next time.

I will defintely doing more like this project and with that add more to it. The second I do will be faster done, the third I do will be a simple "game". You know, just things like faster speed, cum, etc. so I learn how to control an animation. Should be easy, but instead of 'zum Damenhaus' I won't go all in with a big project if I haven't done a few small ones before to get a hang of a new engine.

What do I do in the next couple of days?- fixing some stuff in zum Damenhaus- setting up a discord channel- wait for a position poll to end for tier 5 patrons (this could be extended, who knows)

Anima2d is good in that it is the downloadable extension for Unity but as you say it can be...'clunky' to work with. A more simpler program I tried that comes with tutorials is 'Dragonbones'. Could be worth a look but as you say you don't want to use 2 programs.
