New reward system (Patreon)

Based on this poll, here are the new Patreon rewards:

The common crow:

• get the newest downloadable version of the game! 
• get access to the games activity feed! 

The political crow:

• get everything from before!
• get the right to vote on polls!
• get an in-game coins, reputation and flasks bonus! 
• get percentage schedules! 
• get previews!

The sherlock crow:

• get everything from before! 
• get cheat codes!
• get access to an external gallery! 
• get behind the scenes insights!
• get a new version earlier than other Patrons! 

The super crow:

• get everything from before! 
• get an in game crow, having the name of yours for everybody to see! 
• get all CG's and everything else I made as a downloadable package!
• new ideas will always get shared here first. discuss and influence those ideas (events, animations, CG's and more) on a close level with me! 

The sponser crow:

• get everything from before! 
• get your own branding plus URL! 

With the new reward system, I tried to make every tier equal in terms of rewards, based on the numbers of the public poll. I inspected other creators and looked how they placed their things. Some tiers went back how they were before (like polls for politcial crows and behind the scenes stuff for sherlock crows).

I didn't assign the 'random standalone animations', cause I don't feel the need to do them currently. I rather draw some random pictures every now and then until I feel like doing those animations again. But if they come back, there will be probably political crows voting for it; this makes the most sense.

If the official 'zum Damenhaus' soundtrack comes out super crows will get them as well. As usual, it is not allowed to share; personal use only.

There was a (imo) high demand for getting your OC's (original characters) into the game. I rather do this as a seperate way instead of adding it into a patreon reward. For 'zum Damenhaus' this is out of question, since I wanna finish the game soon, so the option for your OC's will be available for my next game, after the game is at least in a stable alpha version (meaning the bones of every game feature are implemented).

Furthermore, after zDh is done, a few things on this reward system may change, or rather get adjusted for the new game. I already got a few good ideas.

Tomorrow, I'll release v.3.9 for patrons and 3.8.1 for the public.
