Mercedes gets her leg sown back on , Sombra walks in on them and they quickly themselves with banket. Sombra sees what happened and smiles before delivering clothes for the trio. They walk out of their room and are met with a crowd looking at them (maybe someone in crowd asks if he's really a necromancer). Victor is freaked out and uncomfortable, but Mercedes and Enrique comfort and reassure him, giving Victor the courage to face the crowd before them. At least that's my guess.
