1. The first scene between Jack and MiB is very similar to the White Rabbit scene with Jack and Locke in season 1, except this time its shrouded in dark compared to back then its engulfed in light. Is White Rabbit the key? 2. Jack and David look exactly the same in every way. You may notice that at one part their arms are even striding at the exact same time. 3. You said that MiB can sense things and I think its true. In the last episode he seemed to know what Desmond was thinking. Its played off as a joke, but I think its true. Remember the real John Locke seemed to know things in season 1 too. He seemed to be in communion with what was happening on the island. I will talk about this again... soon. I was going to say later, but were very nearly finished so... soon! 4. Sun can speak English again. This is just like when Locke lost his voice and he couldn't speak. 'Boone' said to him, "you will speak when you have something worth saying" and I think its the same thing here. Her first words were "Jin, I love you" She finally had something worth saying compared to "Have you seen my husband? every 5 minutes lol. 5. This episode is full of callbacks. "The Island isn't done with us yet", "leap of faith", "Nice day for a swim"(which is what Sawyer says to Juliet after he jumped off the chopper, just like Jack jumped off the boat), "We have to go back for him", which is reminiscent of the infamous "We have to go back" line from Jack. Sawyer responds with "Were done going back", which is appropriate because before it represented Act 2 of LOST of leaving the island, but were now almost at the end of Act 3, the final Act and were done going back now, this is it. THIS. IS. IT! 6. Also I want to post this fan made video: https://youtu.be/HwkxRDcgYYE I don't normally do this, but I think its well worth a watch. It was made and uploaded at the exact point you are at in the story right now, so there are zero spoilers. In fact it says in the description, it was made in preparation for the next episode, so I think you will get something out of it!

And to add to your #5 Sawyer also mentions a leap of faith as well
