Now, let's talk about what I've been cooking.THE BIGGEST UPDATE I'VE EVER MADEI'm officially in the final stretch of development. We're looking at roughly one more week of work, possibly two, before this absolute monster of an update is ready.

And when I say monster, I mean it.

This is, without question, the biggest update I've ever released for Harvesting Corruption.

We're talking about unlocking ALL the remaining locations, characters, and minigames, opening up a massive amount of the world for you to explore.

Here's just some of what's coming:

🍸 Fully Fledged Massage Minigame: An entirely new job with detailed mechanics, different clients, progression, and plenty of adult possibilities. Every bit as ambitious and detailed as the Waitress Minigame.

📹 Live Streaming Minigame: Annika gets to entertain an audience, interact with live chat, respond to requests, earn tips, and build her own little online empire. Again, this isn't some cheap button-clicking activity. This is a fully developed minigame with the same attention to detail as the Waitress system.

📷 Hidden Cameras: Because what's a game about corruption without a little surveillance and snooping?

🔓 Nighttime Cabin Lockpicking: New nighttime activities where you can sneak around and pick locks to get into places you probably shouldn't be.

🏆 Brand-New Achievement System: Tons of achievements to discover and unlock, each with its own reward!

🗺️ The Rest of the World Opens Up: New locations, new characters, new opportunities, and a whole lot more freedom to explore.

And that's just scratching the surface.So let me cook a little longer. This beast is almost ready, and it'll soon be in your hands.A LITTLE HONESTY ABOUT PATREON AND THE FUTUREI also want to talk about something important.

I've been struggling financially lately, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

I put around 120 hours a week into developing this game. That's not an exaggeration. This project is practically my entire life right now, and I genuinely love working on it.

But love doesn't pay the bills.

The reality is that if I can't start making enough money from developing Harvesting Corruption, I won't be able to continue doing it at this pace forever. That's just the unfortunate truth.

So I've made a decision that I really didn't want to make.

Going forward, the NSFW videos will be exclusive to paid Patreon members.

Here's how that works:

ANY paid Patreon tier gets the FULL game, including all NSFW videos.

Public builds will still contain the entire game, including the locations, characters, story, mechanics, and minigames. I'm not cutting the actual gameplay out of public releases.

However, the NSFW videos will only be included in Patreon builds.

I hate having to put content behind a paywall. I've always wanted people to enjoy my work regardless of their financial situation.

But I also have to be realistic. I need to give people a reason to support the project financially, and I need enough supporters to make continuing development sustainable.

I'm not going to attack you for it.

I've seen far too many developers in this space disappear for nearly a fucking year without releasing meaningful content, continue collecting everyone's Patreon money, work on some unrelated side project, and then have the nerve to get angry when their paying supporters ask where the update is.

That shit is ridiculous.

If people are giving you their hard-earned money every month, the absolute least you can do is respect them enough to communicate.

You don't get to treat your supporters like an inconvenience just because they expect you to actually work on the project they're funding.

And you certainly don't get to take their money for months on end and then act offended when someone asks what the hell you've been doing.

I will never treat you that way here.

I'm human. Development takes time. Things go wrong. Sometimes features take longer than expected. But I'll always do my best to be upfront with you about what's happening.
