If the first startup of the launcher triggers a 'Windows protected your PC' message, click 'More info' and 'Run anyway ' .

The Wild Life launcher will take care of downloading from a custom server for you. This still doesn't include patching as we aren't quite there with that system yet, but it will download from a custom server so you don't have to deal with different confusing file hosts and their limitations anymore. Our goal is to run the entire build distribution via the launcher someday.

Wenn Ich das richtig verstanden habe, diese Version ist jetzt aktueller als die 25$ Version? Es gibt hier also neuere Outfits und mehr Sandbox Burg Erweiterungen?

So weit ich verstehe hängt die 10$ Version der 25er zeitlich hinterher (die quasi ein Betatest ist) , 10$ Patreons bekommen jetzt also die bisherige 25er version während die neue 25$ version jetzt vermutlich schon weiter ist.

Ja hast recht. Das Nonnenoutfit für Shey ist ja bereits drin, daher bezieht sich das tatsächlich auf das Update vom August. Augen auf beim lesen(ich selber X)).

am currently enjoying the campaign updates, and appreciating how much effort is going into this project! Still the most ambitious game project I personally feel is at its perfect timing to come out. OH... edit . i played the combat mechanics first, for the first time ever since the demo. I enjoyed that experience significantly that reminded me how excited i am for when you all finish the masterpiece... anyway, the story goes, after the combat simulator i started the campaign.... then i realized after a quick experience i had the idea of switching over to sandbox, to spawn enemies and characters in to fight my custom character... but i quickly noticed!!! i cannot combat in sandbox. . Q: Does combat availability in a Sandbox mode sound like something that would be in the game at any point??

I keep getting stuck in the "Extracting" segment of downloading from the launcher. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to download both the Launcher and the Direct Link Download?

You only need the launcher. The extracting step can take a very long time as it depends on your processor and disk speed. Try checking Task Manager to see if it's working on files. If it doesn't work at all, download the direct one and unpack it (with overwrite) to your game install folder. :)

when i try to extract the game it keeps running into an issue. i tried using the wild life game launcher first and it ran into a web something something issue and then when i was extracting the game directly. it reaches 98% then says an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. error 0x80004005: unspecified erroor. the file in question is wildlifeC-Windows.Pak.

Trying to download via the launcher has failed 3 times in a row. It's a good idea and one I hope you guys get functional, but it doesn't seem to be working properly yet.

I'm having trouble downloading the $10 version. No matter which link I use it doesn't work. From GoFile the resulting file is corrupted after unzipping. Tried with a fresh download twice. From Mega it fails right at the end of downloading with a decryption error. Tried that one three times. After reading some of the other comments here. Maybe you should just double check the the uploaded files being hosted and maybe even reupload fresh ones just to be sure.

I am using the 2025.10.17_shipping_full_Build_1 version of Wild Life, playing in flat mode, and my usual audio device is a Jabra Evolve2 85 Bluetooth headset. However, the issue with missing voices and audio in cutscenes and dialogues occurs on all audio devices, including wired ones. After checking my installation, I discovered that the folder Paks/Audio does not exist, and the required audio .pak files are also missing inside the original, unextracted archive. This indicates that my download is incomplete or corrupted, and the voice/cinematic audio files were never included. I have attempted to install the game through several methods in this order: Via the official launcher – the download failed and aborted twice. Via GoFile – the download completed successfully, but the game had no audio in cutscenes/dialogues. Via MegaFile using a different browser – again the download completed successfully, but the audio files were still missing and the same issue persisted. Because of this, I am unable to get any dialogue or cutscene audio in the game. Is there someone who could help me with this issue?

Most audio sounds for voices are not done yet since thats one of the last steps in game production, usually done in one setting after all dialogue lines, cutscenes and npc comments are fully written reviewed and approved.

I've installed from the launcher, and Mega links. The initial artwork screen comes up, hangs out for a few seconds, then closes... The game itself doesn't open :(
