Welcome all!

Here is the release of the 10$ build for June. Enjoy :) We invite you to read the changelogs here if you haven't already to find out what's new.

If the first startup of the launcher triggers a 'Windows protected your PC' message, click 'More info' and 'Run anyway ' .

The Wild Life launcher will take care of downloading from a custom server for you. This still doesn't include patching as we aren't quite there with that system yet, but it will download from a custom server so you don't have to deal with different confusing file hosts and their limitations anymore. Our goal is to run the entire build distribution via the launcher someday.

This build doesn't want to work for me. I had no issues with the previous $25 build, but this one seems to crash randomly during the startup videos.

Well I mean you've always been able to change characters in the sandbox obviously, and if you're talking about 🍆 size, they've already said that would be a huge undertaking.

With new build, Now Koodie gets stuck in rocks outside. B4-She couldn't get outta the hut. Settings say L,R to increase/reverse time? Way to unbind NPCs?

Some of the quests are stated as „playable as Maya“… Uhm, how can I play as Maya? New game always starts as Max.

Actually came to see if that was just me... was going to try again from the beginning to see if maybe I could push her to the left before she gets stuck, but I haven't tried yet.

Test result: 1.) Koodie is still stuck on the running path during the quest "Koodie's Field Trip". Strange, you can see if deleting the startup videos bypasses the carshes. You can find them here: \Windows\WildLifeC\Content\Movies

In the sandbox or story mode? For sandbox you can set the time scale in game settings. In story mode not. But there will be sleep for story mode implemented later.

You CAN play with Maya in sandbox. She is the default starting character and you can play as anyone else too by just spawning them in, talking to them and selecting the possess option.

Then why does it tell me "locked" to Alex? My favorite thing to do was fly around the new map with Maya. Haven't been able to do it for the last two builds. I don't care about the old map!

It didn't even dawn on me to just possess a character. I never tried that feature so didn't know what it did. I can't take a screen shot because its a cursor pop up and when I try to take screen shots my cursor doesn't show. I did take a cell picture if you really want to see it. However now that I know I can change the character its a moot point. I apologize for the whining. Thanks for the help. Support earned and continued.

How to open in VR for PICO wireless headset?

Played a little, some thoughts: Really need to be able to save. Falling damage is pretty egregious. Koodi wanted to jump into the water, I did and died. then I accidentally clicked a dialogue option locking me out of someone's quest. Having to start over every time is pretty annoying, especially with all of the running around you have to do. And then Koodi got stuck. enemies didn't attack or do anything. I understand this is pre-release quality, but Why the huge drop in quality from previous builds of the game? why so many complete changes to the world and story? I have all of the settings maxed, and everything lacks texture. I remember the original earlier build being way better, textures worked, there were more things to do in the village where everyone was partying...?

Will adjusting 🍆 size in sandbox ever become a thing? I think it would be a great addition.

This build is pretty buggy. Graphical settings are stuck a low, sometimes interactions with NPCs isn't possible, and object models fail to render or don't fully render till you are right next to them. Game usually crashes within a few minutes. Also the game is maxing out CPU and GPU resources

Anybody else not able to even start the game? Instant crash every time.

In my experience it works well, there are bugs, the first crash +1h in the game, no saving, the graphics were a bit bad

I've literally just nearly picked my pc up and thrown it out the window!!! :-P After smashing well over 1hrs worth of gameplay to no ability to save game files like before :-( I'm soooo sad right now. Please add the ability to make saves! i thought I was as I wasn't told any different :-( I fucking enjoyed what you've got down so far though XD Shame about the lack of environmental and specific environment sounds though.

I'm pretty sure you can edit it whilst in game, in the game settings via esc.

I'm not speaking for the devs, But I'm speaking form experience in developing games. Personally, I'd say that they have set a default size for now to aid with production speed and will not be adding combustibility until they've finished with the base game. Mainly because adding mass group customization takes a lot of programming and work. They're probably pushing for game quantity over game features and quality atm in this early stage of the game. I'd personally be doing the same my self.

Struggling to get the application to run, dowloaded from launcher or direct, both files when opend load for a second then nothing. All other updates have worked, just not this one.

Hey cuties, really struggling with the game just running. Just chugs along frame by frame even in the menu, I still only have a 1080TI so I'm guessing it's just my rig that's the issue ? Although most other games I can play just fine but I guess this isn't quite optimized yet ? Any suggestions on how to get this running would be much appreciated since I'm getting a little "fidgety" <3
