At first glance, the Bank Kombinat appears to be a normal bank, but it has a dark secret.  Secretly run by the Strakh Syndicate, it is a bank for criminals, run by criminals.  It serves various underworld factions with money laundering, currency trading, money lending, and brokering illicit commodities.
