Ginger shots are not a 1 time thing. They will help but it’s something you need to build up in your system. It’s going to be hard to tell what gave you the relief with the massage, cupping or the deep tissue massage. You have to try them separate to know😩

On the ginger ting: I understand what James is saying but wouldn't ginger/ginger shots work the same way as vitamins or the beneficial properties of fruits and vegetables work? Ginger in general is good for you. Like for example, you can take vitamin c for your immune system or you can eat oranges. You can take an antacid for a tummy ache or you can take ginger. 🤔
