OH JAMES!!! 🤗 You may have missed a chance with the lady in the Gym and I am upset for you. SHE LIKED YOU!! What do I mean? On the surface - people say I am confident, friendly social etc. Of course I am: 1]. i/ I Went to an All Girl's Roman Catholic Day and Boarding School. I was a Boarder - and I was trained with regards to Public reading; Public speaking on the rostrum/stage; singing; addressing crowds etc! The nuns taught us Music Students to Project our voices - so much so I can project my voice without a Microphone and you will hear me China!!! ii/ As an adult - before I became a Born Again Christian I was brought up a Roman Catholic - so just as reading in the Chapel at School; I read as an Adult in Church; my Local Monastery here in London and even Westminster Cathedral in Central London. iii/ I was the Vice President of the Law Society at University iv/ I am a trained Barrister at Law (Attorney of Law) - Although I don't practice Law. One of the Tools of a Lawyer is their Voice and Confidence 2]. So I am exceedingly 'Confident' - when it comes to NON PERSONAL THINGS! 3.HOWEVER - When it comes to PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS -🫣 I am the exact opposite. I am VERY SHY! When I am in a room full of people and I fancy someone - I can EASILY chat with EVERYONE in that room except him!! If he approaches, I will LITERALLY start panicking - even though - outwardly I 'sound' CONFIDENT. The next time I see him - I would WANT to speak to him but would RUN!!! When he does speak to me - the poor sod will think: "She hates me!" OR "What a snob!" It's a lie oh! I'm shaking inside and will EVEN turn away from him and start speaking to someone else I have asked God to heal me of this shyness -because it is NOT NORMAL!! 4]. People who don't know me would say - "She's not shy!" because the outwardly Trained Professional Speaker emerges - but those who KNOW me - know I am deeply shy! BUT when it comes to someone I like - I will literally RUN OUT OF THE ROOM!! 🏃‍♀️ 5]. I have been frustrated in the past because I have found that someone I am happily chatting with - gets the wrong impression and thinks I like them and - the way - my response changes - when they try anything - they must think - "YIKES! Where did the 'lovely' lady go?! " Yeah I am lovely but don't misunderstand my friendly behaviour! ESPECIALLY IF the one I really like - thinks I am not interested in him, but in the gentleman I am politely speaking to in the room full of people! Which leaves me more frustrated because I would NEVER chat with the one I fancy, approach him etc.! I may smile -if my head is not permanently down as he walks past - but - inside I am screaming! 6]. BELIEVE IT OR NOT - THAT POOR GIRL LIKED YOU!🥺 If she has the type of personality I have just described that many of us women have. She was desperately SHY! She DELIBERATELY came as close as she could to where you were exercising but became tongue tied. A lot of women who have this affliction would have related to her and since both of you stood there in silence she reverted back to her norm and 'safe' space - went off and chatted with someone she really could noy give a toss about! All the time - thinking of you!! 7]. She reached out again as far as she could with Instagram - HOPING you would make the first move. You probably thought: "She's confident! she speaks to everybody! But not me!" POOR GIRL WAS DYING INSIDE - SHE LIKED YOU! I am soooo gutted for both of you!😢 Because I have been there. Every shy girl/woman who has an outward so called 'confident' persona - has been there. TRUST ME! If it is not too late and you do not have a girlfriend and she does not have a boyfriend - Please contact her. Women 'know' how to be 'Confident' - especially when they do not give a toss about the man they are speaking to. As long the one they are chatting with does not misunderstand . Plus they get frightfully quiet when the man they REALLY fancy comes along - all that braggadocio and Professional Training flies out of the window. What a mess - I feel for you both!😢 I have missed out so many times because of this innate shyness and begged God to lift it off me or for the guy to see through it and still be bold. That young lady liked you!! I don't care what anybody says! If you have a girlfriend now - forget the aforementioned - and focus on your girlfriend instead. If you don't have a girlfriend - try connecting with that person - you may be pleasantly surprised. All the best.

JAMES HAD A DOG AS A PET GROWING UP?! THANK GOD! To those of us who love pets - (Cats and dogs) - Speaking for myself - I was SHOCKED when James said in one Episode that - he was not into animals - It didn't make sense for someone who is seemingly kind and caring! It was soooo disappointing listening to him speak about dogs and cats on that Episode. My jaw actually dropped! So - it's not that he does not like animals - I will assume what he probably meant was that his current life style (Touring, Recording etc.) - would not be fair to a pet! Which to an extent - somewhat, makes sense. Sort of ish....for him anyway. I'm trying to make an excuse for James as to why he would not have them😂 Wouldn't stop me though!

Helpful tip for everyone with a zit, don't try to pop it by squeezing, use a disposable razor like you're shaving, and cut the white head off. Trust me it will drain easier bc it doesn't have to punch through the skin, and it with heal better and faster. 👍

James you need to try Mario Badescu Drying Lotion. You can get it from boots or amazon. Honestly a lifesaver with big spots that just need to dry out and f*ck off. Shake the bottle, use a cotton bud to put abit of this on the spot, it drys up quick. I use it before bed. Lifesaver.

I'm just going to say it. What do we have to do to get Rem and Ellis permanent passage on the tour. Can we get a monetary goal that needs to be hit or an amount of tickets that need to be sold to make sure that Rem and Ellis get to go on the tour shows as well??????
