I love this. I like Fuhads salmon dish but I felt it was slightly basic. The kimchi fried rice and the chicken and sauce felt a little more elevated but would've scarfed them down equally lol

Brown rice cooked in beef broth is great. And its unconventional, but mixing brown rice with sweet potatoes or carrots that have been sautéed in beef broth is a great side dish

That question about the judges’ palettes is because he’s still pissed about the one dude who gave him a 2 or whatever for the dessert challenge because he didn’t like anything healthy and James’ dessert had apples. If you do the stew James mentioned in a crock pot overnight on slow cook, in the morning you've got a tender protein(best made with beef) that you can add to literally and side of carb or salad.

Love seeing the guys cook. One cool idea would be instead of making it a competition, have them work together. Create a tasting menu and they are responsible for taking into consideration everyone’s personal tastes and preferences and then create a menu with that feedback. An app, a salad, an entree with sides, and a dessert. They each contribute and then get feedback from the crew about what works or doesn’t. Nobody knows who did or contributed what. The challenge being they have to work in synch and try to get as close to tasting preferences as possible.
