Anytime you take these intolerance AND allergy tests what comes up is generally what you eat the most. When you eliminate the foods, you generally do better. After you’ve removed it from your diet and you retest, those results change. You can slowly add them back in your diet and if you get a reaction, you’ll see it straight away and that tells you your body doesn’t like it.

Also, soy is really bad for you. You will feel so much better. I wouldn’t drink almond milk because it’s high in oxalates. Coconut milk is good if you’re not allergic.

Jeez!! 1 episode has an issue and everyone is screaming for a refund.. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Its always the same. They put out soo much content, theyre so consistent, its rarely late or got an issue and never cancelled!
