I just gotta ask, does this book get any better. I dropped the series after the first book because the whole premise was BORING! Especially when compared to other fantasy series I’ve read. This just keeps feeling like young adult drama/romance mixed with fantasy elements. Don’t even get me started on how they are already clearly setting up the Mary sue character archetype.
