It’s actually easier to dry fast than to water fast. When you dry fast all you think about is water. When you water fast all you think about is food. You should only break your fast with protein. If you break your fast with carbs and sugar (even fruit) you’ve negated all of the fasting you just did.

Irish passport isn't green😂 It's nice to hear James talk about his Irish side as an Irish person. Cause he's always talking about his dad side, which is very interesting and I get it but nice cause it always seem he didn't like his Irish side. And an Irish passport is one of the best in the world for entering places so it's a great idea.

The 3-day water fast example Fuhad described reminded me of the time my coworker was doing a fast and literally by the 3rd or 4th day she looked HORRIBLE. What makes it so funny isdge was mumbling to gerself, 'IDKY I feel so terrible' and I said, 'Cuz you're hungry!' Til this day we laugh. It was hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
