Fellow ADHD-er here, longtime sufferer of the full brainness when getting into bed. I got a grip on it by 1. Reading for an hour before bed and 2. Whenever thoughts pop up when lights go out, I actively think to myself "im putting this away, this is for tomorrow, not for right now". Takes some training but now, lights out and within 10 minutes im fast asleep! This + taking magnesium glycenate and 5-HTP 2 hours before getting into bed

When my brain is full, what helps is to just write it all down. Just put it to paper because when you have a lot of thoughts there's an underlying fear of forgetting something important. So I just write shit out. It's a relief for me then I can get sleep. If that fails, I take a gummy LOL
