It’s not an immediate solution BUT for ulcers, if you use armor hammer toothpaste or just add a dusting of baking soda to your preferred toothpaste they will go away and STAY away. You have to consistently use the toothpaste but it works! Has something to due with neutralizing the acidity in your mouth. Hope this helps!

Dental assistant here get a mouthwash with peroxide. It will help with the ulcers. You can also talk to your dentist about a medicated mouth rinse to help with them not for sure how they do it outside of the US, but I’m sure they have to have something to be able to help you.
