As someone whose torn left and right arm rotator cuff and had surgery, after years of pain. You 1000% tore your rotator cuff. You can get a hydrocortisone shot to help with the pain. Use icey hot pads during the day and cold compress at night. You’ll get thru 75 hard no problem

Also take ibuprofen every 6 hours for like 2-3 days and that’ll help with the pain then you stop taking it until you start hurting again rinse repeat

James, no offence to spicy books I’ve read a few myself. But Red Rising absolutely shits on those books. It’s one of the best series I’ve ever read. So many top tier characters and the action scenes and the twist are insane. Please give it a read, I would love to see your breakdown of it for the boys.

i collect blood for work, collecting blood from that elbow area is the easiest and safest place to collect from. The vein(s) there are close to the surface, bigger, and away from nerves and arteries. So its generally less painful (if the collector is decent) and low risk of causing damage

I gasped and covered my mouth. I hope the MRI tells the story so he can address whatever it is. Rotator cuff is really easy to recover from, too. 75 Hard is not worth permanent damage but...go off then, sir.
