well, the character's name is Sunshine Recorder, they're a mouse completely covered in white latex. their face is always obscured by a gas mask type thingamajig which is always full of mysterious gases and vapors that make them feel all sorts of ways. In this pic they're just laying on their back squirming in (artificially induced) heat
