This is def longer than the one i have seen. In my territory, it was edited much differently and its around 45 mins.

Such a good ep. I love the Callie George scene

I didn’t see a schedule posted for this week & I’m just curious if we’re getting Dawson’s Creek today?

I believe this is the super sized cut that was available on the DVD only. There's another one in season 6 like this too.

It’s kind of hard to get a full list, but from the part where Meredith is giving the interns stuff do to (“Izzie was a good teacher”) all through Richard yelling at her for saying no, the Callie, Mark and Arizona scene, that’s all extra. Then a lot of scenes are extended. The lunch scene was much longer. They all just sit down and stare at the empty seat and look sad. The scene where Swinder is explaining why Izzie has to do the treatment is added. Alex running out after the lady tells him “People are better than no people” is added. That scene normally ends with her saying that. When Alex is by Izzie’s bed and everyone comes in the room is added. That’s normally just him standing with her. I’ve missed a bunch I bet, but that’s what I could tell off the top of my head. I may have seen this show one too many times 😂 Friends on DVD is the same. They have extended episodes. If you ever get the chance, watch Friends on DVD for a whole new experience.
