There are definitely things that Ren isn't saying, and I hope we get more of an idea of what it is in the next episode

He cried because Ren's first time was in a love hotel. He sees Ren as this bright, beautiful person and wishes his first time was some place better. That was never explained and Ren thought he was crying with regret of sleeping with him.
