Honestly I'm very torn between Kevin and Keith. Kevin trying to protect his father from the realities of the apocalypse can be very relatable and touching. Keith on the other hand also sounds interesting. I've never known much about Keith, but he seems like a good guy who's talented, but blinded to the evil actions of his compatriots. Is it out of blind loyalty, a naive trust, or is he simply deluding himself. Perhaps he actually is aware and is lying. I would like to know more about him.

Aside from that though, and I know it's not mentioned here, I would be interested in learning what happens to Brody in those first days. You see he's in the attic, but don't meet up again until after the school. What happened inbetween?
