Poll for Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven scenario (Patreon)

In the current scene I am writing, you are introduced to a group of survivors that were created as part of a different Patreon poll. Now I would like your help selecting something uncommon or even unique they may possess which you can acquire by negotiation or force.

Not all groups you encounter will be new factions. Don't worry that the game is getting so large that you won't be able to keep track of all of the other groups.
