Part 3 Public Beta Update (Patreon)

The Part 3 public beta has been updated with chapter 10.

Just a reminder that I have not been making many of the changes already reported as my full attention is on finishing the main story. This is how I work in general by maintaining my focus on the story and then going back to do mass editing and additions.
