I know people probably tell you that often and most of the time it's bullshit, but in this case it really is as far from bullshit as it can possibly be: you are not ready for the next episode. Nobody who ever watches BB for the first time is ever ready for it. I have been fairly critical of your commentary in the recent BB reactions because I felt like your (deserved) hatred for Walt clouded your judgement at times, but I really hope you give the next episode all the attention it deserves and enjoy the experience as much as possible, and try your best not to jump to conclusions and leave the analysis for the post-episode discussion, which I'm confident is going to be juicy.

Lmao what they did with Huell was soooo illegal, he definitely is one of the people who got off free after all this. Any lawyer with half a brain could use that convo with Hank trying to convince him he's in danger to cut him the best deal ever, maybr even a settlement. Not a good look for the DEA at all 😂 But I understand Hank's desperation, it's a fucked situation.

Great reaction. This is one of my fav eps of S5. Jesse's smile as he wins, temporarily at least. Beat Walt at his own game. Walt's panicked confession. Ozymandias, Granite State, Felina and then Better Call Saul 1x1 🥰 we're eating good baby.

Never has so much happened in one episode of television! Drained is the word. Exhausted would be another. Honestly not sure if I've even seen any reactor go right into the commentary after -- ya know without taking a break off camera and coming back. I like to play a game where I try to guess how long they needed.

What do you mean? It wasn't sped up for me, it played at normal speed. Perhaps it was a mistake on your end? No one else is saying it's out of sync. Way to jump to assumptions about attention spans, and cancel patronage without finding out the problem, though.

Since I see many people mentioning the much anticipated next episode and its title, "Ozymandias" (a great poem by Percy Shelley that someone already posted below) I just wanted to give a little attention to this episode's title "To'Hajiilee" To'Hajiilee is a Navajo phrase that translates to "dipping water" or "the place where the water is drawn up". It is the name of a Navajo Nation Reservation in New Mexico, located about 35 miles west of Albuquerque. So there you go. Fun little fact and I actually really love the pronunciation toe-HA-ji-lee. Walt says it once in this episode, so if you miss it you never get a chance to hear it again. But he does say it correctly.

I've seen issues like this particularly with European people watching HBO shows like GOT, like for some reason, the European version was sped up or slowed down, can't remember, compared to the US version. Are you maybe watching this show on a streaming service outside the US?

Okay so this is where shit gets real, but enough has been said about the forthcoming episodes, so all I’ll say is I hope you guys go right into Better Call Saul after the movie because it will serve as a nice, frothy little pallet cleanser after the next four hours of BB.

If it helps, Hank knows that his DEA career is probably done - best case scenario. But he was the one who slapped the cuffs on Heisenberg, and that is all he wanted. Bittersweet satisfaction for him.

Okay all caught up now. This episode is insane. Walt really will never turn on Hank fully no matter what. In his own sick twisted way everything Walt did fir Jesse was helping him. Even poisoning Brock. In his mind Brock was safe bc his calculations were correct. If he didn't do it Jesse would be Gus's slave cook and he would he dead. I fucking love you guys and I vote u double down and do 2 BB episodes this weekend. 💓

something i'm kinda just noticing in all my rewatches, i think the conversation on the phone is the first time jesse calls walt "walter" instead of mr. white (i think the real first time is when he's doing the confession video)
