yeah the cgi baby was wild. the thing is she grows super fast so they wanted that continuity. In the early 2010's cgi improved drastically so i guess they thouught they could get away with it but that shits crazy. i always get uncanny valley vibes when i see the actress in other things

i think yall might have not heard his explanation when maple responded to aro. he was saying human weapons in general pose a weapon to vampires (guns tanks etc i imagine) , therefor they cant take any risks in general. he was definitely BS'ing tho

Maple realizing at the end that it's basically grooming is hilarious. The age gap isn't really an issue, the age gap between Jacob and Renaissance is smaller than the one between Bella and Edward. The issue is the supernaturally aided grooming. Especially when he was essentially going to be raising her if they all died.

This is my favorite reaction they have done. Arianna was so goofy throughout the entire movie, Maple slowly realizing what imprinting actually was, and I couldn't stop laughing. I laughed until I cried when Maple was like "Look at him he looks bored he wants to die" and then 5 seconds later she is proven right. I was Team Jacob while watching these movies until Breaking Dawn Part 1. Mostly because I was team you shouldn't become a vampire.

"Wish Keanu Reeves" is the same actor who plays Legolas dad Thranduil King of the wood elves in the Hobbit and a bunch of other great characters. His name is Lee Pace, The Fall is my favoeite movie with him as a lead. Also if you're after more TV vampire shows there's always True Blood and Blood Ties (the latter based on a series of vampire detective books).
