AOT is a helluva ride

Anakin

Rewatching second season for the first time, and seeing all those hints, this show is so well planned in advance

Elesh

My god I can't wait for episode 6 hahaha

Hennnyy

I’m losing my mind at catching everything I missed the first time. This show is so damn brilliant.

steyn broere

the sasha character development is so touching

"Sasha, yer all I hoped for." Ariana: Oh fuck off Maple: *sobs* Me too dude, me too. In all seriousness, it made me really happy that you two sat with that episode and felt its emotional weight. I've seen a lot of reactors talk through it because it seems less "relevant" to the main plot, but to me Sasha's dilemma and her conversation with her father really encapsulate some of the main themes that lie at the core of AoT and make it so moving.

ruthyrooo

Couple of non-spoiler tidbits about Sasha's episode: - Isayama, the creator of AoT, originally planned to have Sasha die here but decided against it because she was so beloved by the fans (rightfully so) - The way Sasha escapes from the titan mirrors how she gets out of her father's grip and goes for the meat in the flashback

Aye so that's spoiling

K

Agreed. I’ve seen that episode at least 40 times and most of them, it hits me like it did the first time. Watching with them today I teared up and got goosebumps. Mr. Braus has to be one of the most amazing fictional characters to exist.

blitzman08

They should react to the outro, at least once

Adon Delgado

I’d never heard of this show til I saw y’all reacted to it and I just binged it over the last 2 weeks. It’s just greatness from start to finish.

The guy who voices the 2nd in command character under Levi....also voices other background characters in S1. You know what kills me about that guy? He is voiced by the same guy who voices All Might....so hearing him scream like that is just....heartbreaking knowing its All Might.... Oh hey, Hannes' voice actor changed to Seto kaiba's voice.
