did they notice in the last ep when Carmine the NY Boss, was agreeing to wear a wire at Tonys Moms funeral? felt like that wasn't mentioned at all

They are really similar looking, but that's a different guy. The New York boss is Carmine Lupertazzi Sr. The guy we saw wearing a wire is one of Tony's capos, Ray Curto. Apologies for being THAT guy.
