I watch episode 6 almost every Halloween while handing out candy. I thought Abed's Xenomorph costume (Alien Franchise) was pretty good but you guys did not recognize it at all.

They mentioned Ripley, Abed was dressed as a Xenomorph, the perfect bio-weapon from the Alien franchise (Abed hissing and the bike helmet serving as the elongated head they have), while Troy played Ellen Ripley in the industrial robot that was used to fight the alien. I still, to this day, will stand alone on my hilltop, shouting how THIS sitcom is STREETS AHEAD of The Office. I loved The Office when it first came out, and it is a good comedy. If, however, like me, you find awkward and/or "mean" comedy too abrasive, Community hits that perfect sweet spot of heart, laughs, and even the occasional dark tone. So, Epedemiology (the zombie episode) or "Introduction to Statistics" (Abed as Batman)?

Epidemiology is my favorite episode of Community, just for the fact that they did a zombie episode and still managed to make it canon within the show. Not a dream, not a fantasy, it really happened. Also the soundtrack by ABBA is the cherry on top.

If you do want to watch another zombie movie, my vote is for Train to Busan. IT IS SO GOOD.

SEASON 2 BLOOPERS IS A MUST. What I also noticed if people have the dvds that the only put the bloops of what everybody has already watched per disc, so no spoilers for EP 7-13 for instance.

Chang called troy because he knew he was one of the last alive when they dipped into the bathroom. Missed the last supper reference. Alien and Aliens watch them that is what troy and abed dressed up as. Good reaction thoroughly enjoyed will watch again 10/10. Also they sprayed them to wipe their memory. Also people did talk about this episode a lot it even had a #6seasonsandmovie

in case you missed some of the religious stuff in the first episode: The Pharisees were the religious law in the time of jesus. basically, they really didn't like him and tried to trip him up whenever they could and that was shirley's part to play in the episode. when abed is praying he goes into the garden and says "please take this project from me " which closely mirrors jesus praying in the garden of gethsemane. jesus was basically pleading with god not to make him have to get crucified and he says “O my Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me". then abed goes into the cafeteria and sits at a table in a shot that resembles the famous "the last supper" painting. hopefully that was accurate. i haven't been a christian in quite a long time. the next few episodes are absolute BANGERS, look forward to the reactioins

I've noticed my video gets slightly unsynced from yours as time goes on. What service are ya'll watching on? I assume there's slight differences in the length of the fades to black or something. edit: It'd be nice if you could note which service you're watching a show or movie on in the description, or maybe just mention it in the first episode?

I'm watching it on Disney+ (via Hulu) and the black during the commercial break spots is longer on that compared to their version on Prime so I just make sure to resync during those
