Yes, the link that Tyler gave is by far the best tool for following along. Just make sure you only click on the episode after you finish it. For instance, if you're watching season 1, episode 3, don't click episode 3 on the guide before you watch the episode.

how come your youtube has stuff that’s free and can actually see and hear the show whereas i’m paying here but cannot see or hear the show being watched. how does that make any sense

because the Youtube version isn't the entire episode. You can't just post the entire episode. I'm not sure why so many people still think that should be a thing.

This gets explained on every video, but because what you're watching on YT is an edited down version with only 10-20 min of actual footage of the show on screen, which is protected under "fair use" copyright law, where as this is the full episode unedited. It is illegal to repost the entire episode unedited without something blocking it. You sync up your own copy. This is how full length reactions have always worked (besides a few channels). And on the notion of "im paying here but cannot see", they're not selling you Dark, a show distributed and owned by Netflix, they're selling you early and full length access reactions.

no i get the copyright law aspect of it all, what i dont get is just the simple fact of paying for something with no sound or picture versus getting both for free. I worded my original question poorly

You might have already confirmed this but Jonas’ father (Michael Kahnwald) and the man with the scar on his neck checking into the hotel are not played by the same actor.

If you're new to the format it can be a bit confusing! Also some pages don't follow coyright law as strictly as we do and will show the whole thing but that is a major risk of getting in trouble in federal law its a big deal so everything will get an edited cut down version eventually but this way if you want to hear start to finish no cuts or filter on our thoughts as if we are watching the episode in real time with you then these videos are good for that you just have to sync up your show with the video on the count down! No stress!

One of the big benefits of paying is hearing their reaction to pivotal scenes from the show/movie that don’t always make it to the YT cut. Also we get it before YT and with a show like this and Demon Slayer, I don’t really want to wait lol
