Excellent reaction! I was so excited to see Arianna;'s reaction to episode 17.. Amazing and hilarious. Falling asleep to Law and Order is legit a comforting sleep, but so is Community, the Office and Parks and Rec 🤣

I can't see Law & Order without thinking of this bit in 17776. Okay, so it's a short form webcomic set in the year 17776. One day early in the 21st century people stopped aging, dying and being born. They've solved all humanity's problems, fixed the sun so it'll stay burning forever, discovered space is boring and decided on a comfortable era of technology for society to emulate, and everybody just has to pass the time forever. Mostly people seem to play American football, but there's one little story that haunts me. We're told of a woman who does the same thing every single day: She volunteers at a law firm, cooks, gardens, makes an elaborate dinner and watches Law & order. For the last 5000 years. Kind of makes you think. How steeped in routine is this show, how locked in status quo? How unmemorable? There's 400 episodes of it, and once you've watched them all you might as well start over, apparently. Apparently it's a perfect show to waste your time forever. And also yeah, this "Chang gets crazier and crazier" storyline might not have reached the peak yet.

1. in the Law and Order ep - @ 8:23 of the episode (as Jeff, Annie, Abed and Troy are walking from the hotdog stand) look to the upper right corner as 2 extras come out of a door - looks like they were doing something 'extra' (it has been noted that Harmon was furious when he saw this) 2. the coroner from the L&O ep is an actress who played one on many L&O eps. 3. The Dean's replacement is the DJ from the bar mitzvah party episode. 4. the L&O episode is a masterpiece 5. Omar baby - 'Man's got to have a code' so happy they got that in an episode

I was waiting for this one for Ariana

While we were doing a "hangover/recovery day" on our honeymoon a decade ago we watched an entire all day marathon of SVU in our little boutique hotel room in Puerto Rico. And as great as the whole honeymoon was, THAT was one of the the most memorable days of it for me. Probably because it just reminded me of my grandma [RIP] watching SVU marathons on the USA network back in the early-mid 2000s. I suppose it was cool to be able to share that moment with my [at the time] new wife as well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you haven’t seen The Wire then the importance of Michael K Williams saying the thing that made him famous from that show in this show then you are missing out RIP Michael K

Wow. Community is great and all but this story is insane. An SVU marathon and grandma memories in the honeymoon suite? Were you specifically trying to stop having sex?

We were hungover like crazy that day. Sex mos def was off the table as an option that day🤣

Or...hear me out...YES to watching Law & Order (original flavor)! Pick a season, any season! Consecutive episodes, non-consecutive, prime numbers only, whatever, I'd be down! Not all of them, but why not dabble in a few just for fun?

Omar was pretty much the biggest bad ass in TV History. 'A man gotta have a code'! Best line in the show having him do it again.

I've been waiting for episode Se3ep17 this entire time lol
