I sacrificed today and yesterday to get everything up on time, lost some sleep etc. But made it somehow! lol Tomorrow i'll be dead at the wedding, but it is what it is lol I'll at least be there physically🤣

Selection from elves may not be based on royalty and high magic capacity. It looks like it. Most of Golden Dawn turned and William said I chose those to join my squad towards whom my mana led me to. Criteria is definitely not just royalty.

hey Lucky thanks for the drop, just as a heads up Luck is a commoner, Gauche is a former noble whiel Asta, Magna and Yuno are peasants. The royal family that we have seen are the Silvas (Noelle's family) and Leopold's/Mimosa's (the Vermillions)

now that Luck turned I can finally say it but in a few epis ago when there was a flashback with the elves, you could see/hear some of the characters like Luck being a elve

Blue buddy

My theory is that is more of a past life thing bodies that were possessed where actual recantations of the elves and the soul that are possessing them are there past life if that makes sense

SunShine

There are three royal families in the clover kingdom, The Silvers, the Vermillions and the Kira(the ruling king). None of the royals i.e Noelle, Nozel, Mereleona, Mimosa etc were possesed by elves and I believe this was intensional. The eye of the midnight sun/third eyes hate humans in general but the hate royals more so. Remember when vetto said to Noelle that all humans were currupt but that her clan was the worst or when Raia said to Mereleona he would like to go for a drink with her, but too bad she was a royal (not just human but a royal). The first wizard king was a royal and so if he is believed to have been the one that killed them all then it makes sense that none of the reincarnated elves would want to inhabit a royals body
