In the scene with the monk holding a book instead of treasures, I know the writers were trying to make a point of "knowledge is worth more than gold", but honestly, rewatching it in 2025 (in the age of crypto, misinformation and disinformation) the Vikings appear more based to me 😆 😆 😆

More based ? The vikings ?? Do we need to list all their completely insane rituals? Both hygienically and civilizationally. All the rapes, all the slaves, all the child murders, etc. Athelstan protects his Bible because it's what allowed his people to become civilized xD
