Since they don’t outright say it I’m going to explain the philopher stones the sins have are pretty much run like lives on a video game the more souls they have in the stone the more they can keep coming back to life and regerate when the souls in the stone run out they die That’s why greed said he is not exactly immortal at least that’s how I understood it

While explaining it, I think you should probably mention that these stones ARE the real thing, because only real stones can create humans.

And once again I repeat my suggestion of just watching the second OVA next time as a way to take things easy. For whatever reason, FMA:B is clearly your kryptonite when it comes to posting on time, so an easy session would probably do you good XD (Ironically, I say this before having an entire essay to write about; so much for saving time lol) I once saw someone point something out about the fight between Mustang and Lust: Mustang wore out her stone when she was an inch away from killing him, and we know from what happened to Greed that the Homunculi have a limit to how much they can regenerate. Meaning that any damage they've taken in the past limits how much they can heal from; and before this fight, the only damage that Lust took; was when Hughes fought back when she tried to kill him. In other words, Hughes doing what he did back then ended up saving Mustangs life. Unfortunately, you've misinterpreted 2 parts of the ending. 1) Barry is in fact dead, it's confirmed in the manga that this was him dying. His soul isn't tied to anything in the world anymore, so it just moves on to the next life. 2) Armstrong had no idea that Eds dad would be there. What you thought was him being "proud of himself" is just.... how he usually looks lol. (And I repeat what I said a number of eps back: you are the only person I've ever seen to sus Armstrong this much XD) Funny story: The mangaka of FMA sometimes puts little comics of humorous aspects of her personal/professional life at the end of each of the manga volumes, and in one of them, she talks about a conversation she allegedly had with her editor when writing the chapter this episode was based on that went something like this: - Editor: This chapter is the beginning of a serious part of the story, so you should probably cut back on the jokes and replace them with action instead. - Mangaka: You're right; it'll definitely help the pacing that way. But I'm allowed to keep the big boob joke, right? - Editor: Obviously you have to keep the big boob joke. That's not even a question. (Btw; you're right about how Mustangs "lightning" is to show him using alchemy. Only thing I'm going to say; see if you can pay a bit closer attention to when lightning appears from now on; you might start noticing a theme)

Eh: I don't think it's quite accurate to say that these are "real" Philosophers stones, but thats really more a talking point for later on in the series.

These last episodes kinda confirm that mustang is the smartest and strongest good guy rn
