King DDD

Don't forget that luffys bounty was raised to 400m because of the marineford war which happen before the time skip. The 400milliom doesn't take into account his strength post time skip

Philip

You're right that Conqueror's haki won't make everyone pass out. Rayleigh said in the auction house that he was impressed Kid and Law's crew withstood it so easily, and they must be pretty strong. I was impressed Usopp actually withstood that shit 😂

So it wasn’t targeted?

Philip

Well, all Rayleigh said was he wanted to meet the straw hats so either he targeted everyone but the straw hats, he targeted just the hostile auction guards, or he didn't target anyone and let out a wave and all the pirates in the room managed to withstand it. He didn't directly say his intentions, but it's probably one of those three scenarios

Magic

Don’t underestimate Jimbei. He has a lot of experience and was a warlord. I’d argue if Luffy were to go all out against him that he’d still have a very difficult time beating him. Some fans even think Jimbei would win.

This fight’s goofy I’m not taking it seriously any more.

20:25 That background song in the end and Luffy running towards Hordy gives me Marineford memories that he’d be running for 10 episodes before reaching him lol.

Krowft

I don't think his arm actually changes, maybe it changes texture slightly because it hardens. But I believe people who have trained in using haki are more able to perceive when someone is using Haki and how, so THEY would be able to notice luffy concentrating his haki around his arm. So the black colouring is both for our benefit and also to represent what others with haki (who are more common in the new world) are sensing. At least that's how I understand it, I don't think any character has ever said "his arm turned black" or anything like that. It may be that with strong enough application it can possibly affect the actual colour of something, but in general use I believe the colour we see is more representative
