Loro

I’m finally allowed to call him Kenjaku

Philip

The rules for Megumi to become clan leader was Gojo dies or becomes mentally incapacitated which counts from him being sealed

Philip

Those marked by Kenjaku will receive a cursed technique, but all players who participate will receive cursed energy. You have to enter a colony to participate, but once you agree to start, you are forced to keep participating. Kill a sorcerer = 5 points, non-sorcerer = 1 point. If you accumulate 100 points, you can spend those points to ADD a new rule, so the gang is going to try to find a loophole rule to make the games easier or allow a condition to leave. If you don't earn any points in 19 days, you die. The goal is to force constant killing to evolve sorcerers.

g27

I don’t understand why the crew are participating in the culling game, can’t they do what they want without participating? Look for Hana the angel, look for the prison realm, try to free Gojo, and kill the game master?

Loro

Hana is in a colony so some do need to participate. Moreover, the gang would rather avoid mass death resulting from the games. If they participated in it and accumulated enough points they can change the rules to make the game less lethal

g27

Tengen is evolving just like Sukuna, she has 4 eyes, 2 noses, but Sukuna also has 4 arms, it’s like Sukuna evolved in a higher level than Tengen, no wonder he’s the strongest in history, he’s a genius.

Philip

Megumi's sister is a non-fighter player. If they don't participate she will die from the 19 day inactivity rule. Hana the angel is already participating in the culling game, so you have to enter to find her. They don't have to look for the prison realm, Kenjaku has the front and Tengen has the back, they just need Angel's cursed technique to open the back. You cannot kill the game master because Kenjaku isn't the game master. The game runs autonomously so the system itself is the "game master" so you can't kill it

g27

Does Yuji’s mom have reversed cursed technique? Because her head had scars instead of sutures.

g27

Are Hana and Tsumiki inside a realm that can’t be seen by someone not participating in the game? Is a colony something like a barrier that can’t be entered unless you participate? I don’t understand how can they not just find them in Japan and talk to them. And if there’s a 19 day rule for inactivity, that means Tsumiki needs to kill, not our crew, so why do they need to participate?

Philip

No, the colonies are just regions of Japan, but once you enter a specific colony you are registered as a player by your own free will. Hana is already in a colony, so we have to enter the same colony and enter the game as a result to talk to her. And Tsumiki is a forced player by Kenjaku so she has to join the game and start accumulating points before she dies from the inactivity rule

Star

Because they are a player in the culling game it means they are inside a colony. To enter a colony you have to participate in the game

g27

Are colonies regions in Japan that are gated away from non participants from entering? And if you enter that region, you cannot leave that place? What if both Hakari and Hana are in different colonies, then if they enter one place, they can’t reach the other person, right?

Philip

Correct, they are blocked with barriers. The situation you mentioned would be a good time to add a rule for 100 points to allow for that

g27

That’s probably why it’s called “heavenly restriction”, because it’s out of their world, and so doesn’t abide by the world’s fate.

g27

So how will they know which colony Hana, Tsumiki, and Hakari are in before entering if they can’t enter before participating? Strange right? And even if they do add loophole rules, there is no end to the culling game unless everyone is dead or they bring back Gojo, because Megumi said that Gojo can resolve this on his own, for some reason.

Ashish Kumar

Good catch! That would make the mom a sorcerer.

Ashish Kumar

Another good catch! Yeah... Sukuna similarly evolved kinda. He is older tho. *Tengen is 500 years old. Sukuna 1000. Although he spent most of the years as fingers.

g27

Sukuna only lived for a normal lifetime right? He didn’t live for hundreds of years, only Tengen can because of her immortality, right? Because if so, then Sukuna evolved to that state from a human in just a single lifetime, that would make him insanely genius as a gifted prodigy, compared to Tengen who needed a lot more and did it unintentionally.

Ashish Kumar

Correct. Sukuna was said to be defeated by sorcerers of that time (Haien era), barely tho. Sukuna still stayed alive as cursed fingers as objects.

g27

I assume he was already dying of old age lol. How is Gojo strong? Not in cursed technique, but physically. Because we saw that the crew couldn’t scratch Hanami, and even with blood manipulation, black flashes, Hanami didn’t even get a scratch, but Gojo held on to her two eyes and yanked them off, and was ripping Jogo’s arm. This isn’t a cursed technique right?

Ashish Kumar

Gojo is too OP and can handle everyone himself. No one of our group would be doing dangerous engagements if Gojo was out and in the colonies doing the fighting, accumulating points, adding rules. That's what Megumi mentioned. They intend to have the game add some loophole rules. One rule is definitely not going to be enough for a big change. If the whole of Japan was affected and parts of the country got turned into colonies using barriers, I think you can expect to find people based on their addresses. Tengen mentioned which colony Angel sorcerer is in. Idk why Tengen knew that. Tsumiki and Hakari can be found in their respective known residence address. Most likely, their neighbourhood has been turned into colonies with buildings and peoples intact. That's why non sorcerers are worth one point. Cuz there are many regular citizens that got dragged into colonies just cuz their neighbourhood was turned into a colony.

Ashish Kumar

It was the point of the scene. Gojo was him. Even without his cursed technique (CT), he is capable of fighting special grade curses. Used Hanami's weakness to damage her. That weakness was noted by students in S1. Gojo has Six Eyes that allows him to see from within blindfold. His perception is much better than a normal sorcerer. He is also energy efficient, thanks to the eyes and his skill. Great at close combat, as he was whooping Miguel in movie. So Gojo is just all round good. Can even do RCT now to self heal if needed, as he learnt it during Toji.

Ashish Kumar

I doubt Sukuna was dying of old age. That sorcerer somehow evolved and spawned 2 more arms and eyes. He couldn't be classified as a human or a curse. I once compared him to Mahito. Like how Mahito "understood his soul" and transformed into a better form.

g27

So that was never explained in the manga I assume? Is that his muscle strength? Damn! You know I like how Gojo and Sukuna are opposites. Gojo has a strong body but a weak personality. Every time they defeat Gojo is with mind games. They knew Gojo cared about not killing people so they threw a bunch at him in Shibuya, so he held back from using most of his techniques. Kenjaku knew he has a soft spot for Geto and so he shocked him and got him sealed. Toji only stabbed Gojo when he let his guard down, both times, when he stopped using six eyes and when he averted his focus to Riko. Gojo is a tank from the outside but he always gets defeated by mental games. He is the strongest because of his body not his mentality and personality. He is the strongest BECAUSE he is Gojo, not the other way around. But Sukuna is the King of Curses BECAUSE he is the strongest. That’s the answer Geto was looking for lol.

g27

Damn so Sukuna was actually killed by some sorcerers in the Haien era. And those sorcerers are awakened in the culling game? That’s a tough predicament no wonder they want Gojo to play for them so badly.

g27

Kenjaku’s plan, as they portrayed it, seems fully based on luck, because he existed since the haien era, but had to wait for Geto, Toji, and Mahito to exist. Because even if one of them didn’t exist, then he can’t do what he’s doing. Is there an explanation later on this because it doesn’t make sense right?

g27

Bro Tengen sounds like the Narrator lmaoo.

Ashish Kumar

Yeah! Gojo is not savage enough to be like Sukuna so technically has a weaker mind. But Gojo is just gifted since birth. That's his thing and why he strong enough to keep evil sorcerers in check with only his presence. Sukuna was not killed! Cornered, so that he had to turn into cursed objects to live on. I didn't say ALL past sorcerers that Kenjaku invited are from Haien era. Haien era is considered golden age of sorcerers cuz of quality back then. Pretty strong sorcerers. Kenjaku wants to improve quality of today's sorcerers to bring back Haien era standards. That's all about the Haien era.

Ashish Kumar

That's fully coincidental. It's like everything lined up for Kenjaku on its own. Toji killing Riko. Tengen evolving as a result. Geto turning evil so he was killed. Kenjaku took the body and intends to absorb Tengen with Geto's CT. Thing is this. Unlike Sukuna, Kenjaku has been around for full 1000 years. He has been doing his thing. His obsession to create stronger beings. Hence why he created Choso and his brothers. Experimented with Yuji. When Tengen evolved without star plasma vessel, perhaps Kenjaku didn't have that planned for 100+ years. He just saw that happen after Riko's death and realised this could be a great way. Lemme go get Geto's body. Useful. He imo started Tengen assimilation plan when Riko died.

g27

Kenjaku has lived for over 1000 years and still isn’t a genius like Sukuna lol. Because over all that much time, he was surprised when Gojo told Geto’s body to stop letting Kenjaku have his way, and Kenjaku was baffled from something that regards his own technique, as if Kenjaku didn’t know about the body and soul thing, especially when he was comparing his ideas with Mahito, but Gojo did.

g27

I like how Sukuna is listening to the explanation and planning inside Yuji lmao.

Ashish Kumar

Everyone has their forte. Kenjaku simply has a technique that helps him live on in dead bodies. His technique has nothing to do with soul but since Mahito's technique is soul related, he was having a debate on importance of soul/body. Sukuna does probably know better about a soul and he has the best understanding of jujutsu sorcery. That's why he is the king of curses. Gojo has Six Eyes which could let him know that body is alive and curse energy flowing in it is Geto's. But he instinctively knew that can't be Geto. Because the body was alive and it looked like Geto is alive, Gojo took a shot and taunted Geto to do something. With body being alive, the soul could be in their somewhere. You don't have to think too much more. Gojo hasn't shown any special understanding of soul himself.

g27

If Tengen is 500 years old, that means the Six eyes first appeared 500 years ago. First of all, why is the six eyes connected to Tengen by fate, what does Tengen do with the six eyes? And Second, how is it that when Tengen was born, she created her own world fate such that a six eyes and star plasma vessel would start to exist? And with all that, Kenjaku is 500 years older than Tengen so how was he planning for this before he knew Tengen would exist? This doesn’t make much sense right?

Philip

same VA

g27

I mean it makes sense she became omnipresent after evolving, she just embodied herself using her barrier technique.
